Booth Space Contract
(a) Booth Spaces are 10ft by 10ft
(b) Rental fee for booth space is $300.00
(c) Time of the event is from 12:00 noon until
10:00 pm
(set up is between 6:00 am and 10:00 am on Sunday,
July 26th)

Vendors Must Have The Following
(d) City of Long Beach Business License.
(e) All Vendors must provide their own, canopy,
tables, and accessories.
Rules
& Regulations
(f) Booth Vendors are responsible to keep their
area in proper form.
Any unacceptable activity in the rented area can
result in automatic termination of the contract
without any refund. Vendors will be liable for
any damage done to grass/artificial turf in their
designated area.
(g) Absolutely No Alcohol and No Drugs are to
be sold on the premises.
(h) No bottle containers or food items are to
be sold from the Arts & Crafts booth.
(i) After load-in, All Vehicles must park outside
in the designated parking area. No vendor vehicles
will be allowed to stay inside the compound.
(j) All Booths will be assigned on a first paid
first served basis (no exceptions). All booths
must be paid in full by July 10th, 2009.
(k) A total of two (2) passes per each Arts &
Crafts Booth Space.
(l) Total deposit is non-refundable. Caribbean
Seabreeze Festival is not liable for any natural
disaster including rain, earthquake, etc. on said
date.
Copyright
Any party involved in any production, merchandising,
using the name Caribbean Seabreeze Festival, or
related terms, must first consult Seabreeze Promotions
for copyright rules. Caribbean Seabreeze
Festival reserves the right to terminate
any such activity enclosed by this contract. Contact
