It is fast approaching once again for the 12th Annual Caribbean Seabreeze Festival!

Last year the event was held for the eleventh time with smashing success.

Over seven thousand attendants turned out to witness a diverse array of expert Caribbean and Central American performers. The internationally renowned, Calypso King of the world ‘The Mighty Sparrow’, reggae greats such as “Beenie Man”, ‘Shaggy’, ‘Buju Bantan’, ‘Morgan Heritage’, and ‘Culture’ featuring Joseph Hill just to name a few, were among past years performers. In addition, world-class Latin performers such as Fulanito from Dominica, Big Boy from Puerto Rico, and a host of Belizean Artists were well represented. These artists were especially selected with the marketing thought in mind to attract not only the usual Caribbean gathering but to further broad base the appeal to include representation from the Latin American population.

With the capture of these two vibrant markets, the main sponsor of such an event can easily realize fruitful benefits if its products and services are promoted almost synonymously with the promotional event itself. This year, the organizers of the Twelfth Annual Caribbean Seabreeze Festival will once again utilize the spacious facilities of the Queen Mary Park in Long Beach on July 26th, 2009 from 12 noon to 10pm.

We are formally proposing that you fully maximize the opportunity to promote your products and services.

SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES
Flyers, Posters, Radio, Magazine, and LA Weekly
The sponsor logo and name imprinted on some 120,000 + full color flyers, as well as various magazines to be distributed during the promotional campaign. In addition over 5000 (24 x 18) posters will be strategically planted at specific locations throughout Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Inland Empire and Long Beach counties. These posters will also be positioned at Caribbean and Latin American mom & pop specialized retail stores, well known in the community.

Starting on June 10th, 2009, we will be running an aggressive radio promotional campaign that will last about 7 weeks. Your company will be mentioned as a main sponsor on all radio ads including Power 106, KROQ, and KJLH. In addition, you will be provided the opportunity to hang banners at the venue. As a main sponsor, you also get the exclusive privilege of hanging a banner on stage as part of the backdrop.

Platinum Sponsor $20,000
• Your company’s full color logo imprinted on over 120,000 flyers.
• Your company’s name / logo imprinted on over 5000 (24x18) posters.
• Your company’s logo on all magazine and internet advertisements.
• Your company will be mentioned as a presenting sponsor on all radio ads (Power 106, KROQ, & KJLH).
• You will be given a 10x10 booth space (canopy included) at the event to promote your
products and services.
• You will be allowed to hang up to 6 banners at the event, including one on stage as part
of the backdrop.
• On stage mentions by MC each time the microphone is open.
• 5 pairs of General Admission Tickets.


Gold Sponsor $15,000
• Your company’s full color logo imprinted on over 120,000 flyers.
• Your company’s name / logo imprinted on over 5000 (24x18) posters
