11th Annual Caribbean Seabreeze Festival

Last year the event was held for the tenth time with smashing success at the Queen Mary Park in Long Beach, California. Over seven thousand attendants turned out to witness a diverse array of expert Caribbean and Central American performers. The internationally renowned, Shaggy, Buju Bantan, Calypso King of the World ‘The Mighty Sparrow’, reggae greats such as “Beenie Man”, ‘Luciano’, ‘Culture featuring Joseph Hill’, ‘Lady Saw’, ‘Morgan Heritage’, and ‘Glen Washington’ just to name a few, were among past years performers.

In addition, world-class Latin performers such as Fulanito from Dominica, Big Boy from Puerto Rico, and a host of Belizean Artists were well represented. These artists were especially selected with the marketing thought in mind to attract not only the usual Caribbean gathering but to further broaden the appeal to include representation from the Latin American population. With the capture of these two vibrant markets, the main sponsor of such an event can easily realize fruitful benefits if its products and services are promoted almost synonymously with the promotional event itself. This year, the organizers of the Eleventh Annual Caribbean Seabreeze Festival will utilize the spacious facilities of the Long Beach Veteran’s Memorial Stadium on Saturday, August 9th, 2008 from 12 noon to 10pm.

SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES: The sponsor logo and name imprinted on 120,000 + full color flyers, as well as various magazines to be distributed during the promotional campaign. In addition over 2500 (24 x 18) posters will be strategically planted at specific locations throughout Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Inland Empire and Long Beach counties. These posters will also be positioned at Caribbean and Latin American mom & pop specialized retail stores, well known in the community. Starting on June 28th, 2008, we will be running an aggressive promotional campaign that will last about 6 weeks. Your company could be mentioned as a main sponsor on all radio ads including Power 106 & KJLH. In addition, you will be provided the opportunity to hang banners at the venue. As a main sponsor, you also get the exclusive privilege of hanging a banner on stage as part of the backdrop.
