The annual Caribbean Seabreeze Festival is produced by veteran Promoter Curlyn ‘Pupa Curly’ Arnold of Seabreeze Promotions. For over twenty years we’ve been bringing high quality entertainment to the Caribbean Communities, and the general public. With our many years in the music business, both as a record store owner/manager, and as a reggae entertainer, we believe that we have our finger on the pulse of the city that help to guide us in presenting quality, supreme entertainment.
